Pad Drivers and Brushes

Brush Construction: Use a brush with a block diameter 2” less than your machine apron size.

Pad Driver Construction: Use a pad driver with block diameter 1” less than your machine apron size.

Nylon softens when wet. Great for gentle scrubbing, mopping and polishing.

Polypropylene is for general purpose scrubbing. Works well on concrete and coated floors.

Non-scuff poly is a finer diameter (0.015-0.018”) filament used for lighter duty.

Bassine is a soft, natural fiber. The end of the bristle is split to build a polishing surface.

Union mix is a mixture of bassine and Tampico. Stiffer than Bassine.

Soft abrasive bristle is a 0.018” nylon filament. Used for gentle scrubbing.

Daily abrasive bristle is a 0.035” nylon filament. Used for daily scrubbing.

Stripper abrasive bristle is a 0.022” nylon. Used for aggressive scrubbing and light stripping.

Heavy-duty stripper abrasive bristle is a 0.050” nylon filament. Used for very aggressive scrubbing and stripping.
